Refund and Return/Exchange Policies

The following terms apply to products purchased from us:

• Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire within one month of the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
• Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund on other items, you must return the item within 32 calendar days of purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to download, print and return the product back to our store.
• Damaged or Contaminated Products: If any of our products arrive damaged, rotten, or contaminated, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send you a free replacement, regardless of expiration date. To process your refund or exchange, you must provide photographic proof and return the item to us.

Delivery Information

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland & outlying areas) using next-day delivery when your order is placed before 11 am.
